The future changed on June 14, 1947. Humanity made contact with extraterrestrial life for the first time-with deadly consequences. A genetic disease quickly spread through the population. Now humans are in the minority even on their own home planet, and may be destined for extinction.
Meanwhile, a little girl escapes from an underground lab on an alien planet. She has no idea what her future holds, or how important she is to the fate of humanity...
